Health Service Fee


We charge a Health Service Fee to all public program clients who are eligible to pay. Your first visit is free.


The fee is a small contribution towards the cost of services provided and is a set amount per 28 day billing period. All fees collected are used by RDNS for health and care services.


The Health Service fee can be waived for any client who is unable to afford it. If you believe you are not able to afford to pay the Health Service fee please ring us on 1300 364 264. Our Fee Assessment Officer will help you with information about our fee waiver guidelines and can also assist you to complete a fee waiver application.


The fees are:

  • $25 per 28 day billing period for pensioner concession card or health care card holders, self funded retirees and other people on low incomes
  • $50 per 28 day billing period for other clients

RDNS Health Service fees are GST free.
